MICHAEL
Creative Director / Founder
Michael has worked in the creative industry for over 20 years and has re-branded major national and international brands such as Mercedes, Bidvest, Majestic Wine, Wickes, 3M, and The Wine Society.
He is also the founder of the Mental Health charity ‘Can’t Do It Alone’, and is currently implementing a well-being program for the Travis Perkins Group. Michael has a close connection with UCL and regularly speaks to students about their experiences with mental health.
NICK
Nick has worked his way up the creative ladder in agencies for the past 18 years, specialising in digital and brand strategy...Nick has worked on brands such as Qatar airways, Avis Budget Group, Canon, Visa, O2 and Camelot.
Nick is responsible for driving creative excellence and leading our creative team.

Bidvest Foodservice
Led the rebranding of 3663 to Bidvest Foodservice, including strategic creative direction and marketing collateral.
Developed award-winning livery for delivery vehicles, packaging design, major tender presentations, and internal branding.
Worked on external client projects for global brands, including Sunderland AFC sponsorship branding, and creative projects for Travelodge, TGI Fridays, John Lewis, and Subway.
Contributed to successful pitches for major new business and tenders, securing over £500m in new and retained contracts.
Majestic Wines
Spearheaded the successful re-branding of Majestic Wine following its separation from Naked Wines.
Collaborating closely with internal key stakeholders, senior leaders, and external suppliers.
Led the development of all marketing communications to ensure a consistent brand presence across multiple channels.
The culmination of these efforts led to an IWC marketing award for “The List” brochure. Additionally, established a new print supplier, delivering substantial double-digit cost savings for the company.
